The Algo House provides a platform for game developers to create, manage, and deploy AI agents for the purpose of game testing ("Intended Use"). You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use our Service, especially if future aspects involve account creation or paid services.

3. Beta Program Participation

If you are invited to participate in our beta program for any part of the Service, you acknowledge that the Service or its components are pre-release versions ("Beta Service"). Beta Services may contain bugs, errors, and other problems. You accept any Beta Service "as-is," and we make no warranties about Beta Services.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide regarding the Beta Service ("Feedback") will be the property of The Algo House. You agree that we are free to use, modify, and incorporate such Feedback for any purpose without any obligation or compensation to you.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content (excluding AI agents created by you using our tools, and data you provide), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of The Algo House and its licensors. This includes, but is not limited to, software, text, graphics, logos, and visual design.

You retain intellectual property rights to the AI agents you design and the specific test scripts or configurations you create using our platform. However, by using the Service, you grant The Algo House a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display data generated by your AI agents within the Service solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service (e.g., displaying test results to you, aggregate analytics for platform improvement).

5. User Responsibilities & Conduct

You are responsible for all activities conducted through your access to the Service, including the behavior of AI agents you configure. You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Create AI agents that attempt to harm, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to our systems, other users' accounts, or any third-party game environments beyond the scope of authorized testing.
  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other malicious code.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise discover the source code of our platform.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE ALGO HOUSE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE ALGO HOUSE, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
